Marianna Stefanitsi has been active in the cultural field as an artist, independent researcher and production coordinator since 2018. She is a founding member of CLOSING SOON (2020), a contemporary art space dedicated to minimum production, and the N.ID research/artistic team (2019). She holds a BFA & integrated master degree in Fine Arts from Athens School of Fine Arts and a ΜA degree in Cultural Management from Panteion University. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Communication, Media and Culture, Panteion University. She works as an associated researcher at the Centre of New Media and Feminist Public Practices and a project manager at Balkans Beyond Borders. She has participated in group exhibitions, conferences and residencies in Greece and abroad.
